You may browse and use john635.net for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not damage the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or disrupt another visitor's experience.

Information and availability

We aim to keep our information accurate and our services available. However, programmes, content, links, products, prices and technical features may be corrected, updated, suspended or withdrawn when necessary.

External providers

The website may use services provided by Squarespace, Radio.co, payment providers, delivery companies, social platforms and other third parties. Their own privacy notices and terms may also apply.

MOBILE APPLICATIONS

iOS and Android apps

iOS Apps

The John6ThirtyFive Radio iOS App does not collect user data when it is installed or launched on your device, unless a future app feature clearly states otherwise at the point of use.

Android Apps

The John6ThirtyFive Radio Android App does not collect personal user data during ordinary use. To provide audio control while the Phone App is in use, the app may monitor the phone state, such as idle, in-call or call-ended, where this is supported by the device.

The app is not able to listen to calls or obtain telephone numbers or call content. It may also require access to local storage to save basic configuration information and improve launch times.

PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS

Information you provide to us

When you email us, submit a website form, request support, join a mailing list or make a future merchandise enquiry, we may use the information supplied to respond, provide customer service, fulfil a request or keep necessary business records.

Types of information

• Name and contact details you voluntarily provide.

Payment information

Do not send card or sensitive payment information by ordinary email. Future online payments should be processed by a secure payment provider. John6ThirtyFive Radio should not directly retain complete card details.

Unless otherwise stated, the John6ThirtyFive name, J635 branding, original writing, station-produced material, graphics and website design may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

Music remains the property of its respective artists, writers, publishers, labels and other rights holders. Broadcasting a track does not transfer ownership to the station or listener.

Rights holders may contact founder@john635.net regarding attribution, licensing or a good-faith copyright concern.

MERCHANDISE

Purchases and delivery

Merchandise orders will be subject to availability and acceptance. Product photographs are illustrative, and minor differences in colour, scale, print position or finish may occur because of screens and production methods.

Prices and payment

Prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes will be displayed before checkout. An order is not accepted until payment has been authorised and an order confirmation has been issued.

Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times will be shown where possible. Courier delays, customs, severe weather, incorrect addresses and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customer responsibility

Customers should check product size, delivery address and order details before paying. Contact us promptly if an order confirmation contains an error.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

For eligible goods purchased online by UK consumers, you may normally notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the item. You then normally have another 14 days to return it. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Condition of returned goods

Goods should be kept in a resaleable condition and handled only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect them. A deduction may be made where value has been reduced through excessive handling, use or damage.

Return postage and exclusions

Unless an item is faulty or we state otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return postage. Personalised or custom-made items and certain sealed hygiene-related products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law permits.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description and clear photographs. We will assess whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate in line with applicable consumer rights.
